Where your calling meets your

Cookie-cutter is for dog biscuits, not veterinary practices.
My experience with VetCare has been good. I was looking for HR and IT support which they are providing. They have not changed the day-to-day operation of the clinic, but are committed to providing the best care for our clients and patients.

I greatly appreciate the freedom VetCare gave me and my husband on how to practice veterinary medicine according to how we deem it to best fit the needs of our patients and clientele. I find that VetCare respects and recognizes the unique identity of a practice and its role in a community. It does not stifle it with a corporate branding that ceases to recognize a veterinary practice from its previous self.

The one thing that stands out the most about VetCare is the great work environment created at the clinics. Since every clinic’s way of working and handling patients is different, the policies made by VetCare seniors are not forcefully imposed on all the clinics. Every clinic is given a free hand up to some extent which helps them to provide a customised service to every patient.

So far, my experience with VetCare is very good. Cheryl, my area manager, is super lovely and very helpful. She made me feel very welcomed to Canada and WAH. I remember it was nice to chat with Brian when I was first connected to VetCare. Brian and Cheryl found the best fit for me. My incredible manager Khris has gone above and beyond to help with the move from England and help me to get settled to the daily operations in the clinic. I love working with my colleagues.

VetCare is Canadian, with a focus on work-life balance. They advocate providing the best possible care for staff, patients and families and made the ownership transition less stressful than expected. I appreciate having the ability to “grow” within the corporation, and appreciate everything that VetCare stands for. This is why I decided to sell to VetCare.

At one point, when I needed more hands-on experience or mentorship, I discussed it with my team members that I needed more preparation for the CPE. I felt that the whole management team came together to figure things out and to provide me the best hands-on experiences. I am eternally grateful for that experience and the support that I got from them, and I was also humbled by the support. I really appreciate it.
