New Practice Announcement:
Downtown Animal Hospital

Please Welcome Downtown Animal Hospital

Cue the confetti, we’re welcoming a time-honoured Calgary establishment, Downtown Animal Clinic, into our community with open arms.

Established in 1941, by Dr. J. Gordon Anderson, just 4 years after he received a Medal from Buckingham Palace, honouring his veterinary work for the army. Since then, it has seen many veterinarians with capable hands walk through its doors, including Dr. Joe Waldman and his fellow DVMs Dr. Fleur Bennet, Dr. Jill Johnson and Dr. Kristen Wall.

Dr. Waldman has been a part of the clinic since 2002. He’s also an active member of the Alberta Veterinary Medical Association (ABVMA).

At VetCare, we’re all about nurturing the bond between animals and humans, and Downtown Animal Clinic is on the exact same wavelength for over 80 years. The depth of their dedication to their patients is so great they must have Hovawart-sized hearts. Together, we will work towards providing even more companion animals in Calgary with the best possible care.

We’re over the moon to welcome the team at Downtown Animal Clinic, and we are certain the future is bright.
